The 51.2V series lithium iron phosphate batteries were designed to provide backup power for remote or external telecommunication installations such as access terminals, base transceiver stations and base station controllers. SERVICE CONDITIONS

Deye batteries cannot be connected to inverters from other manufacturers.
1. Without CAN communication - the battery will fall asleep after 24 hours.
2. If the BMS discharge protection is triggered - you will not start it.
3. Inverters from other manufacturers immediately give full charging current (without smooth increase) - this may lead to BMS failure and this will not be a warranty case.
4. When contacting technical support or service, the battery must be connected to the Deye inverter with a configured Logger (Solarman or DeyeCloud) with access to the Internet.
5. When contacting service, photos/videos of the installed equipment, including serial numbers, must be provided.
6. The equipment must be installed by qualified specialists.
